Workshops
Embark on a culinary journey at our exclusive in-person event, where the mastery of crafting the perfect charcuterie board intertwines seamlessly with the pleasure of sipping on a delightful red wine. Led by our expert instructors, immerse yourself in the art of selecting the finest meats, cheeses, and accompaniments, all curated to transform your creation into a breathtaking display of epicurean excellence.
Whether you're a seasoned charcuterie connoisseur or taking your first steps into this delectable world, our class caters to all. Gain insights, tips, and tricks on board arrangement, flavor pairing, and the art of creating a visually stunning presentation that will undoubtedly leave a lasting impression on your guests.
Workshops range from one to two hours depending on the amount of people. We host workshops out of your home or office for a minimum of 5 people.
The rate for each person is $70 and that includes a disposable bamboo platter, ingredients to customize your platter; (including but not limited to: cheese, meat, fruit, sweet and a savory, and a dip.) The Instructor will take photos of you and your guests. Wine is not included.
We are happy to commute to San Diego and Los Angelas County for a travel fee of $100.00.
